The Art of Chinese Cooking

This past Saturday, I teamed up with Tina “The Diamond Chef” L. to host a special event entitled The Art of Chinese Cooking. The menu consisted of the following tranditional Chinese dishes:

  1. Garlic Peapod
  2. Pan Fried Dumplings
  3. Ma Po Tofu (Sichuan)
  4. Pepper Steak
  5. Chicken & Celery in Black Bean Sauce
  6. 3 Cups Chicken 三杯雞 (Taiwanese)

The guests of were included Hubert, Jessica, Rich, Eric, and Tim.
