This past Saturday, I teamed up with Tina “The Diamond Chef” L. to host a special event entitled The Art of Chinese Cooking. The menu consisted of the following tranditional Chinese dishes:
- Garlic Peapod
- Pan Fried Dumplings
- Ma Po Tofu (Sichuan)
- Pepper Steak
- Chicken & Celery in Black Bean Sauce
- 3 Cups Chicken 三杯雞 (Taiwanese)
The guests of were included Hubert, Jessica, Rich, Eric, and Tim.
