Bacon Omelet

A hybrid of the old american classic breakfast – strips of bacon sitting cozily inside an egg pouch. Add a small amount of cheese for taste. For a fluffier egg texture, beat the eggs for at least 2 mins to inject enough “air” into the liquid egg mixture.
