Oh Where Did Thou H2O Went?

From this yahoo foods article on popular summer drinks:

  • Krispy Kreme Mocha Dream Chiller = 670 Calories, 28g Fat
  • Dairy Queen Peanut Butter Malt = 870 Calories, 46g Fat
  • Starbucks Double Chocolate Chip Frap Blended Creme = 580 Calories, 22g Fat
  • Dunkin’ Donuts Vanilla Bean Coolatta = 440 Calories, 17g Fat

My question is, what ever happened to good ol’ H2O.  This is why Ameria’s has an obesity problem.

5 Course Exquisite

Yesterday, I had the delightful experience at dining at Sarah K’s place where she had prepared a 5-course meal for a few of us. In my honest opinion, this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Some pricey restaurant I’ve been to wouldn’t even come close to the attention, taste, and presentation that was put into these 5 dishes. Sarah will be a great chef one day. So now I present to you the master chef and the menu of the night:

Mr. Sushi

Mr. Sushi in Arlington Center (Map)

I had a chance to dine at Mr. Sushi in the heart of Arlington this past Friday with a couple of friends.  From the menu, I ordered the Seafood Udon Noodles, along with a few types of sushi roll.  My friend made a great suggestion to the waitress on adding tempura flakes to the sushi rolls.  While the sushi itself wasn’t distinguishable from any other places, the Udon Bowl was spectacular.  The noodle texture can be described as perfection, slightly chewy and tasteful.  The soup base was tasteful and simply amazing.
