I was messing around today and I made a voucher for a free meal by the Platinum Chef Mo. This is, of course, for special individuals only.

This past Saturday, I teamed up with Tina “The Diamond Chef” L. to host a special event entitled The Art of Chinese Cooking. The menu consisted of the following tranditional Chinese dishes:
- Garlic Peapod
- Pan Fried Dumplings
- Ma Po Tofu (Sichuan)
- Pepper Steak
- Chicken & Celery in Black Bean Sauce
- 3 Cups Chicken 三杯雞 (Taiwanese)
The guests of were included Hubert, Jessica, Rich, Eric, and Tim.

I’ll be hosting a Platinum Chef Showcase tonight for the Davis Sq. crowd. It should be an awesome one since Japanese Cuisine is the official theme.
Menu
- Udon Noodle Bowl (w/ shredded chicken, fish cakes, napa cabbage, green onions)
- Shrimp Tempura, Sweet Potato Tempura
- DIY Sushi Rolls (California, tuna, etc…)

The next upcoming dinner will be hosted at my place on August 12, cooks will include the amazing Tina Lam and yours truly. We will also be celebrating my birthday (actually on the 11th) as I turn a quarter of a century old.
